Usage and Biology
Activated by recognizing the elongation products from ds-template (BBa_K5232003) and primer3 (BBa_K5232007). It is responsible for cleavage of ssDNA in the reporter molecule by its collateral activity. Here we register crRNA.
Cas3-Cascade/crRNA complex recognizes a double-stranded PAM sequence and a single-stranded spacer sequence for activation [1]. When ds Amp and Cas3 system were connected, no increase in NC fluorescence intensity was observed, and the graph showed a slope dependent on target concentration.
